In a bid to promote environmental cleanliness and emphasize the importance of sanitation, Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, spearheaded a massive clean-up exercise at Allabar. The initiative was organised in collaboration with the Regional Coordinating Council and Zoomlion Ghana as part of activities marking Ghana’s 68th Independence Day Celebration in the Ashanti Region. The exercise aimed to engage the local community in efforts to maintain a clean and healthy environment while highlighting the significance of proper waste management practices. Volunteers from various sectors, including government officials, local residents, and environmental groups, participated in the event, making it a resounding success.
